As Above, So Below
There is an ancient Hermetic saying that echoes through every spiritual tradition on Earth: “As above, so below. As within, so without.”
Most people take this as a nice metaphor. A philosophical thought. A poetic idea.
But what if it’s not a metaphor? What if it’s a literal description of the structure of reality?
What if the chakras in your body — those seven energy centers along your spine — are an exact map of the entire cosmos? Not “similar” to the cosmos. Not “analogous” to the cosmos. But the SAME THING seen from a different perspective?

Your body is the microcosm. The universe is the macrocosm. And they are mirrors of each other.
The Kundalini rising from the base of the spine to the crown of the head — that is the same journey the Spark makes from the Kenoma to the Monad after the death of the body. The same journey. The same map. Just a different scale.
And if you understand this — you’ve understood everything.
The Lower Three Chakras = Kenoma
Let’s start from the bottom.
🔴 Muladhara (Root Chakra) — Survival
The lowest frequency (~396 Hz). This is where fear lives. The survival instinct. “Eat or be eaten.” “Fight or flee.” Consciousness at this level doesn’t ask “Who am I?” — it asks “Will I survive tomorrow?”
🟠 Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) — Desire
The frequency rises (~417 Hz). This is where urges, desires, and pleasures live. Sex. Food. Comfort. Consciousness at this level says: “I want more. I want better. I want it NOW.”
🟡 Manipura (Solar Plexus) — Ego
Higher still (~528 Hz). This is where the ego lives. Power. Control. Identity. “I am better. I am right. I will win.” This is the last station of the material world.

These three chakras are the Kenoma.
Kenoma — the Gnostic term for “the void” — the world of matter, illusion, forgetting. The world where the Spark thinks it is the body. The world where fear, desire, and ego seem like “the whole world” — because consciousness can see nothing beyond them.
A person whose consciousness lives only in the lower three chakras — lives in the Kenoma. Not because they are “bad” or “undeveloped” — but because their frequency doesn’t allow them to see beyond.
And after death? The frequency is too low to reach the Pleroma. Consciousness returns. New cycle. New reincarnation. Not as punishment — as a consequence of frequency.
The Middle Three Chakras = Ascending Through the Pleroma
And then something cracks. Some crisis. Some pain. Some moment of silence that wakes you up. And consciousness begins to rise.
🟢 Anahata (Heart Chakra) — Love
Frequency ~639 Hz. The first step out of the Kenoma. Here the ego begins to melt. For the first time, a person feels something that isn’t “for me” — but “for another.” Compassion. Forgiveness. Unconditional love.
Anahata is the gateway to the Pleroma. Whoever passes through it — never returns to the Kenoma the same. Something changes permanently.
🔵 Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) — Truth
Frequency ~741 Hz. Here a person can no longer lie. Not to others, not to themselves. The body automatically corrects itself when it starts to say something that “isn’t quite 100% true.” This isn’t a moral choice — this is frequency incompatibility with untruth. Like when a child tries to fit a square block into a round hole — it simply doesn’t go.
🟣 Ajna (Third Eye) — Insight
Frequency ~852 Hz. Portal to inner space. The Third Eye opens and consciousness begins to see behind the illusion. Not with physical eyes — with something deeper. Seeing patterns. Seeing connections. Seeing truth behind form. Seeing reality as it is, not as it appears.

These three chakras are the ascent through the Pleroma.
Each one is a higher level of the divine Fullness. Each is a higher frequency. Each is closer to the Source. Consciousness that has awakened Anahata vibrates higher than the one in Manipura. Consciousness that has awakened Ajna vibrates higher than the one in Anahata.
And after death? How far consciousness has reached — that is its level. That is its “home.” It doesn’t go higher than its own frequency. But it doesn’t fall lower either.
Sahasrara = The Monad
And then — the summit.
👑 Sahasrara (Crown Chakra) — Union with the One
Frequency ~963 Hz. The highest. The last. Or more precisely — the FIRST. Because Sahasrara isn’t the “destination of the journey” — Sahasrara is the starting point from which the Spark originally came.
Sahasrara is the gateway to the Monad.
The Monad — the highest part of your being — the part that never left the Pleroma. It has always been there. Pure. Perfect. Untouched by matter, fear, desire, ego. The Monad doesn’t travel. The Monad doesn’t seek. The Monad waits.
It waits for the Spark — that small piece of itself that “fell” into matter — to climb back up through the chakras, pass through the Kenoma, ascend through the Pleroma, and finally come home.
When Kundalini in the body reaches Sahasrara — Shiva and Shakti unite. Individual consciousness merges with Cosmic Consciousness. The droplet returns to the ocean. But the ocean doesn’t lose the droplet — the droplet BECOMES the ocean.

The same thing happens after the death of the body — but on a cosmic scale. The Spark that during life awakened Sahasrara, that touched the Monad, that experienced “I AM” in its highest meaning — that Spark after the body’s death doesn’t go anywhere. It simply returns to what it always was. The Monad receives it. The cycle ends. Reincarnation ends.
Game over. Eternity begins.
The Map of the Journey
Let’s put it all into one clear table:
| Chakra | Frequency | Cosmos | State of Consciousness | After Death |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 🔴 Muladhara | ~396 Hz | Kenoma (bottom) | Fear, survival | Reincarnation — lowest |
| 🟠 Svadhisthana | ~417 Hz | Kenoma (middle) | Desire, urge | Reincarnation |
| 🟡 Manipura | ~528 Hz | Kenoma (top) | Ego, power | Reincarnation — highest in Kenoma |
| 🟢 Anahata | ~639 Hz | Pleroma (entrance) | Love, compassion | Transition — beginning of liberation |
| 🔵 Vishuddha | ~741 Hz | Pleroma (higher level) | Truth, authenticity | Remains in higher spheres |
| 🟣 Ajna | ~852 Hz | Pleroma (highest level) | Insight, seeing | Close to the Monad |
| 👑 Sahasrara | ~963 Hz | Monad | Union with the One | End of reincarnation |
Kundalini = Rehearsal for the Final Crossing
And here is where everything comes full circle.
Kundalini rising along the spine — from Muladhara to Sahasrara — is not just an “energy experience.” It is a rehearsal for the real crossing.
Every time Kundalini passes through a chakra, that chakra becomes conscious. The frequency is imprinted into consciousness. And that frequency remains — even after the body’s death.
That’s why it matters how far consciousness has reached during life. It doesn’t matter how many books you’ve read. It doesn’t matter how well you understand Gnosticism or yoga or any other system. The only thing that matters is: what frequency has your consciousness EXPERIENTIALLY reached?
Because after death, there’s no more time for learning. No more meditations. No going back to “the lesson.” After death, your consciousness goes exactly where its frequency can reach — and not a step further.
If during life you’ve only awakened the lower three chakras — your frequency is Kenoma. You return. New cycle.
If you’ve awakened the heart, the throat, the Third Eye — your frequency is Pleroma. You go higher. You don’t return.
If you’ve awakened Sahasrara — your frequency is the Monad. You are free.
No One Is Judging You
And one last thing that must be said, because many people come from religious systems where there is a “judgment”:
No one sends you into reincarnation. No one lets you into the Pleroma. There is no judge. No scales. No list of good and bad deeds.
There is only frequency.
Like water flowing downward. Like smoke rising upward. Like a radio receiving what it can receive. No one “punishes” water for flowing down — that is its nature. No one “rewards” smoke for rising — that is its nature.
In the same way, no one punishes consciousness that returns to the Kenoma. And no one rewards consciousness that reaches the Pleroma. Consciousness goes where it IS — where its frequency resonates.
The only “judgment” is your own frequency. And frequency changes only through the awakening of consciousness.
And that is why every moment of awakening — every night in Turiya, every opening of the Third Eye, every moment when the ego goes quiet and the Spark remembers itself — is a step toward freedom. Not philosophically. Not metaphorically.
Literally.
Your body is a map of the cosmos. Your chakras are a map of the road home. Kundalini is the vehicle. And frequency is the fuel.
How far you get — that’s where you are.
